Hoi as 'moi' JUST now 'found' this! The 'Model Kit' version that my Father completed were of a much larger 'Scale', and the 'Paper Model Kit' that 'moi' obtained decades later is around the same overall 'dimensions' while also having a "Track Base" as its "displayed mount" sort.
