W&H suing Wizards for breach of contract. Lots of speculation from folks like Forbeck & Hensley about what's going on...

Came across this story earlier while perusing reddit. The denizens there seem to believe it's somehow related to the allegations from earlier this year regarding WotC's racist/sexist practices, combined with meddling from Hasbro. No idea whether there's anything to that, or if it's mostly tinfoil-hat theories. ???

There are some people, including a few who are probably positioned to know, that think this might somehow be connected to Wizards problems with implementing a legit diversity review, which itself was deemed needed as a result of the recent Ravenloft reboot and yet was somehow badly botched internally

Incidentally, I also saw a note that thought that based on previous sales as well as the long time since the last new DragonLance material that asking for $10 million in damages was actually too low

I believe it, especially if the reddit comments are anything to go by. A lot of those folks are absolutely foaming at the mouth for more DL novels. :o
