Steam are having a 'Lunar New Year' sale, for those of you who might be interested in adding unwanted and overpriced games to your collections  ;)

Ends on 11th February,

Does that also include unneeded and never to be played games?

Is this 'Lunar Sale' available in the daytime too or just at night?

Don't ask awkward and confusing questions. I can't handle that level of complication.

^ Oh wow. If you're a South Park fan, you'll get a LOT of enjoyment out of that game. The puzzles and quests are highly entertaining.

I'd heard The Fractured But Whole is not nearly as good but I'm sure I'll grab that one eventually. I haven't bought any Steam games in months though I've had time here and there to play games like Car Mechanic Simulator and 80 Days (80 Days is a lot of fun if you like narrative-type games).

I did try Orwell a few days ago. I'd bought it last year but never played it until then. The story is quite immersive, so I recommend that too, if anyone is (again) into narrative-type games.

Orwell was fun/interesting. I picked it for free a while back. I've been meaning to go back and play a different way to see how/if the story changes.

80 Days I have for the iPad. good time waster but only in short doses.

80 Days does drag on a bit, but it's still entertaining. I can't play through one game in one sitting. Usually takes me two plays.

Do you like ridiculous pulp adventure serials, complete with narrator who will make you laugh out loud with his outlandishly overly dramatic wording? Do you like shooting undead Egyptian horrors in the face? Do you like simple puzzles, and Left 4 Dead style co-op gameplay? Go buy Strange Brigade. Right now. It's a fucking blast. It's also by the same guys who make the Sniper Elite series.

I actually went a little nuts during this sale.  Picked up Warlock: Master of the Arcane (the first one), Dawn of Andromeda, and a bunch of DLC for Crusader Kings II.  Shelled out just a few cents shy of $50.00 in total.

You can't go wrong with any of the warlock games. I have over 600 hours logged on Warlock 1, and maybe half that on 2.

Yeah, I saw that.  I checked out Warlock 2 as well (I ended up going with the 1st one for a couple reasons), and your review was at the very top.  :)

If you get W2, its well worth getting all the ads, and then from the workshop, get the Renaissances mod; it makes it into a whole new game. I tend to play it sandbox mode with the largest possible map. Takes a while to play, but its great fun.

Note that you have to have the ads installed in order for the mod to work.

Field of Glory II is on sale on Steam for 60% off... or $13.59 CDN.
Or I can get the entire collection for 54% off... or $47.79 CDN.

Damn good prices... might have to buy in now in prep for Field of Glory: Empires…..

Yeah, I bought Aggressors: Ancient Rome at $19.79 but I'm also thinking I need to complete my Field of Glory II collection.
