A note regarding Dean Essig:

We have been informed that Dean Essig has been involved in a stroke-related auto accident.

We were in touch with him today, and spoke briefly to him. He is aware of what happened, and was joking during the conversation. ...

His daughter informed us that Dean has a brain bleed, he will require therapy, this is a treatable issue, but his recovery will take time.

Dean, of course, will not be able to respond to emails or calls, so we ask that his privacy be respected while he undergoes treatment....

We have offered any help that he needs, and we ask that his many friends and fans keep Dean in their thoughts and prayers.

We will provide updates when possible.

Yeah, just saw that on FB - obviously wishing him well for a speedy recovery.
