Based upon some of others and my OWN 'Designs'. The "Roads" 'function' would expedite NEWLY 'Built' pieces immediately SENT down/across this into the connection-part 'Area'. For example: Placed into 'Mexico' could THEN have these arrive in 'Central America'/'Panama'. The "Air Moves" markers WERE the 'remnants' of moves left to each 'Plane'. As for the others, they could begin as the 'Start-offs' with a smaller type to advance/improve unto a 2nd-'Stage', with 3rd-Stage becoming the "Airbase"-!   I'm of the 'notion' that the 1st-kind of 'Base' COSTS = 5-IPC, with every succeeding increase is the same. The "Roads" could vary depending upon their 'Locale' or 'Weather'/'Season' of their construction-?

First of all, it is in "Moves" #-62 April-May 1991, Page 34 and there are '3'-"Scenarios", with the others being shorter 'Games'.

NEXT; I have receipt for this 'Spaceship' today, along with the "Tom Clancy" *Bonus* items-! Every Vessel is intricately detailed and "Red October" is huge, compared with USN CVN-65 "Enterprise", as their underside had their name engraved into that-!

Just completed that earlier today, and HERE this "is"-!-?-!  READ of "it" there: ""BLOG"" You shall use any 'Ship' of which you can denote some alpha-numeric designation upon that to indicate 'Task Force', and normal "A&A" 'Infantry' are numbered, so, use them with their #-Number as an 'Army' designation-! Since amounts for them are a tad offset, then it shall limit the totals of 'Infantry' of each so, numerical marks will vary.
