Sheesh.  :face:  Though at this point, I can hardly say I'm surprised.

Like I said...doesn't matter anyway, I'm overstreched on buying games ;D

I have seven backed projects still outstanding, six from Gamefound and one from Kickstarter. One of the Gamefound ones is shipping via container ship right now but it'll be weeks from delivery (Age of Comics: The Golden Years). The others are in various stages of completeness.

  • ISS Vanguard Dreadnought Pledge
  • Escape from New York - Not A Fool Pledge (All In)
  • Purple Haze + all expansions
  • Tainted Grail: Kings of Ruin - Knight of Avalon Pledge
  • The Dark Quarter - The Whole Damn Agency Pledge
  • Trick Shot - Painted pledge, plus two extra painted teams
  • 911 Operator: The Board Game

You see, I have ZERO business getting any more games. I had zero business about a lifetime ago.

And none of those are war games! For shame!  :Loser:

Purple Haze kind of is. It's somewhat complex, but not terribly so (I helped the dev by proofing his manuals, so I was able to read them).

The others, no, not so much ;D

I still have plenty of wargames. I'm just going for more of a narrative vibe, if possible, for a project I'm working on. :)

I came across this post while searching for new board games to try, and it got me thinking about all the ones I’ve backed that are still on their way. It’s crazy how long some of these take to arrive. Well, I’ve been looking for something else to play, and I’ve found myself getting into spider solitaire. I prefer it when I don’t feel like setting up a whole board game but still want to have a bit of fun.

Just recently, purely out of curiosity, I was looking at the 'Too Many Bones' game. There is a huge amount of content for it, but cheap, it aint!

"On the way" is probably a generous description of this one

In the most recent Kickstarter update, they mention this as a by-the-by:

Quote
We hope to have the games ready to ship from the printer to our distribution centers this coming December.

So realistically, fulfillment won't begin until at least early 2024.  :(  But hey, at least we (finally) have an approximate ETA.

how's that ETA working out for you  ;D

Sure! But is it realistically going to get to me before I die of old age?  :silly:

Realistically, will you play all your other un-played games before then? (are you still with A Fearful Sacrifice?)

Yes still on AMFS. After that the only unplayed game I have is OST Vol. 4. 😛
