Best line of a very, very weird night at the fights.

There was a fight. As CT said, we had to afford Dalinore a chance to fail in a cavalry charge...

I caught that part of the conversation...pretty good stuff ;D

I think we should all salute Jim for this brilliant effort.
Everybody makes mistakes sometime, right? But normally, in the history of a battle, it's something like the order of battle---this unit wasn't really there, that unit wasn't that strong---or the location of the battlefield---it's this hill, but was it this ravine or that gully? (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/52091182-the-battle-of-edgecote-1469)---or even some damn thing like the wrong uniforms. In games, sure, we all screw up rules all the time (some of us probably haven't ever played a game according to the designer's actual rules).
Does Jim do any of that? No! Jim goes all out! Full bore! Pedal to the metal! And in the process provides one of the most memorable evenings ever. (And yes, the cat had to perform CPR on me.)
I, for one, stand up and say, Thank you, Jim! Well done!

Is this like Vanessa Williams, will Jim have to give up his crown!? :-[

...Vanessa Williams...
