The dragon thingie is Bohemian Grove!  Each of the player markers matches their society symbols.  5 of the 6 are the same on both sides but the dragon thingie is different on either side.  One side has the dragon, but the other side has the Moloch owl thing.

The Bohemian Grove? Really? They're a pretty wimpy excuse for a secret society. Their only verified claims to fame are that a few Manhattan Project figures once attended an event and that Nixon made fun of them.
