I have to admit, I'm kinda digging the art style (though I wouldn't care for it in a "serious" 4x/grand-strategy game):

Looks like it's a multi-platform game (free versions for Android and iOS are already available) designed for quick & easy MP matches.  However, there is a singleplayer campaign as well. 

Demo is also available.

Sort of reminds me of the old 'Populous' games by Bullfrog, which is no bad thing.
