One thing that has annoyed me is no index. Table of Contents are fine...but they don't give the detail indexes do.

I'm very forgetful...so reading an index to find specific mentions of rules is an absolute must. Honestly I think it's unforgivable for game publishers to omit an index.

For example, in order to remember the specifics of disruption, I have to remember that is mentioned under 3.0 Basic Concepts...specifically 3.8. But if I pick the manual up to check disruption, its not mentioned on the Table of Contents.

Admittedly, if I'm looking up combat results, then I'd go to 13.0 and I'd find a link back to 3.8 under 13.11

But an index should be a given.

I normally take the best part of two weeks to read a standard manual...and even then I can't remember anything about it as I go through it.

I downloaded the rules to get an over-all impression of how the game works, so I have been reading them quite intensively. I seem to have a knack of being able to at least absorb the basic flow of a game from a few read-thoughs.
