That's stretching a point, innit.

Those are Tamiya tweezers. They weren't wide enough - but I made them wider

Sure he can- he'll just have to squeeze them a bit harder for the wee bits.

I picked up the Forever War 2015-? expansion  for Labyrinth a few weeks ago and finally had a chance to play it with a friend a few days ago.  It's an OK expansion.  It doesn't really add anything new rules wise to the game but it does require that you have The Awakening expansion as well as the base game in order to play it.  I feel that the event cards in this newest expansion  are a little lacklustre and too generic when compared to those in the base game and first expansion.  We both enjoyed the Trump Tweets cards that had you roll a random tweet and outcome but they were the only real standouts.  We both felt the COIN card was pretty tacky in that it was basically an ad for the GMT COIN games.  We also felt that the game seemed a little bit biased against 45 but that's always going to be a problem with setting a game with a heavy political theme in current day.

We just played the standard scenario but the alternate history version that has Hillary winning the 2016 election looks like it might be interesting.  So-so expansion.  Definitely not as good as Awakening.  I'd wait for a sale before picking it up.

^^ nice pack of battles.

Never played it but remember seeing some vid of chaps playing it blind ( or maybe was some other from OSG ). they used some wood stands for the counters so the opponent didn't know what was it.

The OSG games are absolutely wonderful. I have a bunch of those wooden counter sleds for just that purpose.

I actually don't really like games.

I have this and we set it up, played a few turns. We enjoyed it but something else shiny caught our eye and we put it away. We'll have to give it a try when we've completed our run of all the GMT Musket & Pike Battles games.
