A hearty welcome to the (mostly) official discussion forums for the Georgetown University Wargaming Society

Members are absolutely free to roam & mingle with the Armchair Dragoons, but this is also a place for the GUWS folks to discuss their activities and events.

Are we allowed to make dirty things out of their acronym, GUWS?  No, OK then. I shall refrain.  :nope:

Excellent news! I was going to add the three GUWS events which already occurred in September to the GUWS Events section and then thought I'd better ask first. Leave them out, (I'd add them in the thread I started about this in the professional wargaming section), or add them? I vote to add them in the GUWS events section; however, I think they would fall out of order because of the way posts are added based upon their time stamp, right?

You could add them. I was just looking ahead but you could include those + their YouTube links

Done. I was sorely tempted to add this note to Sept 29th's discussion about solitaire wargaming: "Cyrano, avert your gaze!", and I decided against it.  ;D

True, but it might be something that BC can use on his Solosaurus podcast, too.

There seem to be some really serious stuff lined-up by the group. I'm impressed.  :applause:
