They become more apparent as the game progresses. I only tend to play sandbox mode with a huge map, but not sure if that makes any difference.

Also, bear in mind that if you did not play the vanilla version, then you won't be able to compare it to the modded version..

Just a note, BTW. I found that with the mod running, every so often the game will just stop and eject you out to your desktop. However, as annoying as this is, if you load up again and select 'continue' you will return to exactly the point you were at when it, for want of a better word, crashed.
