After my brief hiatus from the gaming world it’s wonderful to see the steam library there waiting for me - old games I can jump back into but a recent visit to some YouTube gamers for advice introduced me to games I didn’t even know about

Armoured brigade, 3 kingdoms, there’s a 40k 4x game(!!!!), planet fall, the new command game

Have I missed anything so forehead slappingly obvious?

Sponsored by Soap-On-a-Rope as I recall. Use your own imagination for that one.  :notme:

Knowing your interests, UCG, I would also add the following games to your list:

Aggressors: Ancient Rome
Battlestar Galactica: Deadlock
Interstellar Space: Genesis

I suspect you'd enjoy at least one (if not all) of those three.  :)
