*Camera dissolves back to present.*

*Alan, staring first into the distance, turns to bar companion with sad countenance.  And shrugs.*

Me:  So, how’d that work out for you?

^ If interested, Dan Carlin's podcast (Hardcore History) has a couple of great episodes on the war in the Pacific and the mindset of those involved leading up to it (Supernova in the East I and II). Both are about four hours long but it's good background to listen to while at work.

New game being launched by a friend of mine.

Fun game with the right crowd. Spent a lot of time playtesting with our usual group.
