If this fighting is taking place in Shusha City, then I presume the Armenian army has advanced into Azerbaijan?

Vlad supports Armenia and Erdogan supports Azerbaijan.
They got their hackles up when a Russian plane was near the Turkish border in Syria and Turkish air defense shot the Russian down.
This won't please Vlad and could hurt export sales.  That will really hurt.
