I have some tweaking to do -- I found MISLABELED UNITS!!!

Also, I must set all the morale ratings to 4+ so that Vance understands them.

Sorry I had to bail.  Panic at work.  Even the old standby excuse of “I can’t come in.  I’ve had a few drinks” didn’t dissuade them, just delayed them for an hour.
