LOL. Pretty true.

That fact that it's essentially fluff that was devised on the fly to sell overpriced plastic doesn't detract from the fact that I find the the 40k universe absolutely fascinating. I read the Eisenhorn and Ravenor books several years ago and found them to be good popcorn reading. More recently, I picked up a humble for a bunch of 30k audio books a few months back. I'm really digging them.

This, so much. I mean it doesn’t even really make sense but it’s fascinating. I’m reading those exact series right now and playing Inquisitor: Martyr and having a blast.

Inquisitor just came up as free on XBL. Looking forward to playing it!

I guess this is also a good place to mention that I have Sanctus Reach on Steam. If anyone is interested in getting a PBEM game going, let me know.

I have it too. It's Pike & Shot Campaigns/Fields of Glory with WH40K figures. That's a good thing. I'd definitely give a PBEM game of it a try.

My friend code is 1105447. Hit me up and let's get something started. Fair warning -- I haven't played all that much so you might roll me.
