We had a great time helped along by an enormous blow-up water slide that looks like a giant shark to scare the crap out of the kids. We were teaching them about gravity and Biology at the same time.  :2funny:   The pic is the Guardian of Okasio, a kind of Robo-Dragon thing. I am currently 0 for 2 against him but almost got him last fight.

Starting a new scenario in GCACW. Wanted to do the Invasion of Maryland scenario that centers around the Antietam campaign but it uses 2 maps and I'm going to need a big table.  So I settle for a one map scenario "Three Cigars"

I found the basic mechanics of  game play to be straight forward and have been enjoying the challenge and discovery of how to execute a strategy utilizing those mechanics.

Well, it's the weekend for me since I took today off (my birthday!) and I was already off tomorrow. Four day weekend!!!
I have Star Wars Rebellion on the table. My wife will play the Rebels and I will play as the Empire.
And now, your highness, we will discuss the location of your hidden rebel base...  :nerd:

Happy birthday suit day.

(My weekend starts in 1h37m.)

I’ve spent half my life’s earning on wargames, women, and drink. The rest I wasted.

BB Was born? :o  I thought he was manufactured by Cyberdine Systems. Have a great Birthday Mike. And remember, drink RESPONSIBILY. That doesn't mean you have to be responsible, just take someone responsible along with you. A Designated Responsibility Person. And they should look very serious all the time.  :go-on:
