Has anyone played this, or owned it?

I FINALLY found someone with a copy of NATO Air Commander to trade (been looking for a trade on this a while), and he happened to have a copy of Voyage of the B.S.M. Pandora as well, one I've heard of back in the day but just never found. He didn't have the magazine but it has all the pieces unpunched and has the rules, so I figured I'd trade for that as well. With the above PDF of the magazine online, I'm good with not having a physical copy of it.

I figure one of you geezers has it or has played it. :)

I've heard of it and have always wanted to try it.
