That top one is weirding me out. It's like a möbius strip or something

It's called an "infinity d4"

The round the ends so there's no chance they land on a short side, but then there's only 4 numbered long sides.
There's a bunch of companies making them now

I recently got my hands on a couple sets of Double Six dice. Basically a D12 with 1-6 printed on it twice. I am finding they roll really nice and have started replacing some D6s in various games.
