Fanatical is a decent site.  I've had a couple issues with them not labeling things clearly enough (pro-tip: double-check whether or not you're actually purchasing a Steam key), but overall they're perfectly fine.  I've scored some nice deals off of them before.

Second Fanatical. I've never had any issues with them. You play at your own risk, though, if you do a 'mystery bundle.' More often than not, it's a load of crap. 

But their normal bundles are sometimes pretty decent. I signed up for their mail list so I get notified every time they create a new one. Well worth checking out.

What was their name before? I know I bought from them before they changed names. I was still able to access my games after they changed.
Steam also has it on sale, but not as cheap.
