I figured (correctly, per testing my theory this afternoon), that my nieces would find the little potatosaur adorable! -- and the video horrifying.  :D

I wish I had thought ahead to get my phone's video camera ready. Watching them clench up on the couch with staring eyes waiting for something to happen to the poor potatosaur was just hilarious!

They got the morals of the story though! When Bro got up from his nap, and heard them complaining about something while we were playing Monopoly, he called out, "Remember, life...!" "Isn't fair!" they called back, and then sang out, "NATURE DOESN'T CARE HOW CUTE YOU ARE!"
