In celebration of Warhammer: Skulls week, Gladius - Relics of War is currently free to keep on Steam this week.  If you've been curious about trying out this game, you can't really beat free!  (Most of the game's DLC is currently on sale as well.)

In addition, Proxy Studios has released the Firepower Pack DLC, which adds new units:

They also dropped a major patch (1.12.0) alongside the DLC.

I'm not a Warhammer devotee and really know very little of the lore. But as a 4x player/wargamer I've enjoyed this game and have bought each DLC as it dropped. I approach it as a 4x-lite where combat is king and diplomacy is a word which doesn't translate. I'll be picking up the new DLC and giving it another spin. It's a great "filler game" between bouts of Stellaris, Civ or whatever you've got going at the time   :bigthumb:

Somewhere, somehow, I woke up in the wrong timeline. I'm pretty sure this isn't even my dimension.

Almost every time I log onto Steam I see Longblade (great guy, I miss him) playing this game.  I have it too and love it.

Don't be afraid, don't be dismayed
