I suspect that, all things considered, regrettably, I won't be there.  :(


I was kind of hoping we'd be doing the UK this Spring or early Summer but the way things are going I'm pretty sure there's going to be no flying by that point. We might shoot for the Fall. We can do our own Con, at the pub, with regular Newcastle Brown Ale service.


I actually don't really like games.

I can get my 2 gaming buddies to attend, and maybe even 'geek and JD :-) Plus we seem to have a guy here from Newcastle, although I haven't seem him on line for a while.

For me this would probably only be possible as a ONLINE CONVENTION type thing ... one annual pilgrimage east of the rockies for a gamecon is pretty much as much as I can manage at this time (and that seems to get harder each year).
