We could start a Vassal help thread here as we do have some people such as Vance who are quite knowledgeable about it. Vance in particular had made mods for a lot of games.

I've been talking to Wolfgang from Assault Games and he is interested to know if there is any way they can get involved / mentioned in the event.

It's a little late to get them into the program at this point, just b/c we're under 3 days to the start of it.  I just don't really have a good place to slot them in for anything
