Inspired by your monster game I was able to get Panzer Battles on the Chir to the table. I'm not normally a ww2 guy but man this ruleset is so great. So pleasantly surprised with SCS and this little game.

It may not be the most detailed or historically accurate rule set, but you can learn it and play fast once you get going. DoD was my first game in the series and I might have to look in to more of them.
