I thought the designer's solution to long ranges on an 11x17 map was pretty neat.

I finally got around to creating a Google account, so I can now leave comments, yea!  8)

Another excellent video bbMike. I like your honest review and constructive input. The items you point out all seem like they could have been avoided with a wee bit of playtesting, or at least letting fresh sets of eyes look at the game; however, as you point out, they are not deal breakers and the game isn't broken, so that's a definite plus.

I asked this question in the comment section of the video and I'll ask it again here. Do you think this would make a good lunch break game?

Looking forward to your next video!  :bigthumb:

Thanks for the positive words, gents.

@Tolstoi - Yes! I talked more about the size of the games in this series in the Guadalcanal video. They are perfect for a quick playthroughs.

Its also a publisher of which I was not familiar.

They are a very small company that mainly does TFT compatible fantasy adventures.

I met them in 2007 at Gen Con and they had a lot of pretty cool stuff and I even bought a pair of games from them. Then they seemed to disappear for about 5 years or so before just recently popping up again with some new products, including the wargames that BBMike has been covering

If it's the same dudes, they are very nice guys and it's always nice when we can help out a new publisher
