(3) G-21

The New England Air Museum in Windsor Locks has a Goose that was rebuilt by the Kaman Helicopter company into an early tilt-rotor concept vehicle for the US Navy:

That's the one (minus all the modifications). B_C was probably a fan of the show when he was a kid.

(1) F-14
(2) A-6
(3) G-21
(4) Boeing 314 Clipper
(5) Airbus A-320

Both the A-6 and Clipper would be on my extended list of favourites. It was an Airbus A320 that we flew in down to Bristol and back last November. The A380 is awesome, but fat too big to land at Newcastle, although they have been talking (arguing)  about extending the runway for several years. I think the Boeing 777 is the biggest that it can handle at present. I know that there is an Emirates 777 that does a daily flight to Dubai.

We're only about 5 miles away from the airport and not far off the flightpath for departures. Yesterday we had an RAF Airbus 400 fly low over the house. Great looking aircraft.

That, and sheepishly/admittedly, Duck Tales. I love that old plane though.

When I worked for United Airlines, I was daily assigned to the Lufthansa crew, which brought in an A-320 every day from Frankfurt. I always worked the back pit or the cargo container loader/unloader. I really enjoyed that job, actually...I love passenger aircraft and their livery especially.

you forgot the Avro Lincoln and The Avro Shackleton both are related to the Lancaster. plus  i am biased i am from Lancaster and worked on the Lincoln at RAF Cosford Museum and then worked on the Shackleton at RAF Lossiemouth then my list would also include the Spitfire and the Mosquito my grandfather used to build the wings here in Lancaster during the war and finally it would have to be the Jaguar as i got to fly in one at Lossiemouth

^Excellent!

We have been lucky enough to have seen both the Mosquito and the last Shackleton at RAF Leuchars.

I'm pretty sure that was 1990 as there was also a TBF Avenger there, a B-1 Lancer on the static display, and the Vulcan did one of its last flights.
