Title: August 28, 2021 -- Return to BIG "Chain of Command"

So, my life has taken a bit of a turn.

Many of you know I'm Milwaukee's City Clerk.  Proudly so for nearly a decade  In that role, I work for the 15 council members including the Council President.

Yesterday, about Noon, our Mayor was nominated ambassador to Luxembourg.  I will not here discuss my profound jealousy.

As a consequence, the CP is set to become Mayor whenever he steps down.

There will then be a special election that threatens to have approximately a Brazilian candidates.

I will therefore be working much of Saturday. and will be MISSING (grr) the wonderful Gettysburg KS to which I wish every success.

I am very hopeful that I can be home in the evening and really, really, really want to play SNF stuff.

We are due to return to the Big CoC game we started in JUNE.

Here were the players:

Chronologist
David Pumphouse (Who may be exhausted himself...)
Giorgio
Tuna
Vance
Velker

Who can make and who can't?

Still shooting for 1800, but may be a bit later.

I might be able to make it but will be sort of last minute and definitely can’t make 1800.

As Wellington once said 'The whole art of war consists in getting at what is on the other side of the hill'... get your work done mate and friends will be waiting for you on the other side!

And while i may be mentally tired from a days worth of hard and fast kriegsspiel and deeply saddened the world will be kept from your masterful commentary... i know that it will be another gloriuos SNF!

I swear i will be there, but not from Madrid this time, and for next times too  :)
As well as for Jim, my life has taken a "big" turn... I will tell ya tonight.

Maybe he'll need a Chief of Staff, or Embassy Ambassador  8)
