Good grief I was already to take a chance on a fantasy block game but not now. I had no idea Columbia packaged the army expansions as “collectible” units. WTH? $15 for an unknown group of three block from each of seven armies? First off $15 for 21 pieces of wood seems steep but having no control over the units? Why?

OK my old man yelling at the clouds moment is over...maybe...good grief and how is Marco the only review of the game on YouTube. Maybe it sucks and I just saved myself $$$.

That's a really shitty model.

Being able to Google shit better than your clients is a legit career skill.

From the site:
“This is the primary expansion blockset for Wizard Kings 2nd edition. It contains 21 blocks: an assortment of all 7 armies. The units in each box are different but there are always 3 blocks for each army (color). Buy several sets; every box adds useful blocks to your game.”

I’d totally write a review but it’d have to be later this summer.

Yeah, I was briefly looking into this game a few years back until the same business model put me right off the whole thing. What a bizarre concept.
