Hey fellow gamers--

I have a question about your wonderful Napoleonic tabletop videos. What rules do you guys use? Do you ever have game gatherings for new people? I had no idea Tabletop Simulator even existed until a few days ago, and I would love to learn the rules and take part some time in the future. I'm a quick study, have a background in military history (though probably not as extensive as most of you) and am an experienced war gamer.

Any help would be appreciated!!!

Cyrano is yer man to answer that; I do know that they use the C&C rules quite a lot.

Oh, and 'Blucher'

Austerlitz & Leipzig are being played with the Blucher rules

The C&C games are more clearly C&C b/c of the use of cards to drive the action each turn

There's also a set of rules called "Snappy Nappy" that (IIRC) are a little higher-echelon than Blucher

There have been others that Jim's dabbled with, like Sharps Practice, but I think those are lower echelon.

The old SPI quads were clearly using the rules for those specific hex-and-counter games

So yeah, there's a bunch of different rules being played, depending on which game you're watching.

Tonight's Austerlitz game is using Blucher

As we are assembled here... do we have members experienced with Orders to Eagles or Morale Napoleon and want to share their opinion on these rulesets?
