It's interesting that this would be termed an "arsenal" ship.
The last time I can recall arsenal used was when Admiral Boorda announced the Arsenal ship.
That did effect ship design going forward, but the original all missile concept ended.
Considering how cautious/superstitious some senior leaders can be, it's surprising they didn't find another name from Roget's Thesaurus.
