Since a few others already HAVE "suggested" a few 'changes', THEN why not 'incorporate' them-? A-L-L they did was bring about certain 'aspects' being "realized" WITH what there "is"-!
The "H.Q."s permit the placement of 'Reserve', 'Aircraft', 'Minefield', 'Fieldworks', etc. markers. Take 'Note' that there are several ('Generals') sort since ANY might become 'Replaced', especially "U.K."-! 'Fieldworks' will COST a 'Replacement' of any type with 'Direction' through/from any nearby "H.Q." It did not COST to put a 'Unit' into 'Reserve'-! They will either "Exploit" some 'Breakthrough' after 'Combats' are conducted, or could 'React-Move' to intercept/cease a nearby 'Enemy' to such-! EACH 'Reserve' can perform ONLY either, as none shall get a "2nd" move during a 'Turn'.
