Title: Article on "war games" in Foreign Affairs magazine

They keep using "war games" as 2 words, but there's a lot of good info in here about how they're often angled toward particular outcomes

I've spent a fair amount of my career involved in DoD models and simulations (which are essentially wargames), and I am deeply skeptical of all of them.
