Title: Octoer 2, 2021 -- The Battle of Teugn-Hausen for "Blucher"

Based on the Oldmeldrum Scenario (and why not) but entirely re-styled.

This is one of two in consideration for submission to the "Little Wars TV" Quick-Strike competition.

It's not a big fight.  I got:

Chrono
Command Tent
Dalinore
Velker (fresh back from rehearsals)

I know OJ is out.
