A little 1812 Russian winter skirmish. Using "Sharp Practice" from TooFatLardies, Jim Owczarski. The French just want to sleep some place warm and the Russians have other plans.
A charge from a unit of French Dragoons opened the game. The charge fell just short and Russian musketeers shot them to pieces. A unit of cossacks placed behind the French ensured that the French could not move toward their objective fast or concentrate their fire.
The Russians were able to stand and deliver volley after volley driving off unit after unit of French.
The game did not finish and will continue next Wednesday but the French are in real trouble
