Alright, I just called my current solo GCACW game and cleaned it off the table and I'm a little stuck on which of the waiting titles I want to get to the table next. At some point these should all end up on my table. Whatever I end up picking I would like to share the progress here.  Also, depending on if the game allows I might experiment with some kind of interactive polls to make in game decisions??  This might be a pipe dream but who knows, doesn't hurt to try.

All games will be played solo and most of them I'll be learning for the first time or relearning since they haven't seen the light of day for awhile. Don't expect any kind of consistent pace on game turns as I have a space to leave it set up and depending on work, kids, motivation etc. will determine how often I can play.

Ardennes '44 is really good, especially if you are already familiar with the system.

If you're playing today, I would vote Saratoga since tomorrow is the anniversary of the Second Battle of Saratoga/Bemis Heights.

Otherwise, I like the ZOC Bond games and would recommend Holland '44.

(GCACW are high on my list of the next series to learn.  Just too many games...)

So far Saratoga is in the lead with a few votes. No bad options here folks. I'll leave this open a few more days before I pick the game to set up.

Well now there are 3 games tied for the lead which doesn't help me with my original problem of letting ya'll sort out my indecision...

Analysis

Since 42 is the answer to life, the universe, and everything, you want to get as close to that number as possible.

Given that, your choices are clearly narrowed down to Ardennes '44 and Holland '44

Since Ardennes '44 has more votes, that's the game you should play.
