(I'm opening up threads for pretty much all the games I've gotten recently)
It'll be a while before I dig into this one enough to really play it as much as it deserves, but I did pick up a copy at Origins
Anyone played it / got any thoughts?

Zero solo capability, so it missed me by that much.
Still, it sounded pretty interesting.

I've got 7-8 plays in do far. It's a really good game but a hell of a brain burner. If you got the first edition, make sure to get the upgrade pack. It nerfs a few of the French cards to make the game more balanced.
I'd also recommend using the optional rules that add Spanish control to parts of the Caribbean. Failing to do so tends to turn the game into a 2 theatre conflict with Europe and the Caribbean getting all the attention and India and N. America being largely ignored.
