Talked with one of the devs a few times ( IIRC is only 2 devs/artists, both brothers ). Project changed from a turn based wargame to a realtime thing last time I spoke to them, probably during early 2020.

I'm glad they pulling it, it is their pet project for many years. 17th century caribbean sea and land.
