If you haven't checked out the Villainous games (Disney villains, currently) then you're missing some decent gaming.  Although you're each trying to succeed on your own asymmetrical tasks, there's plenty of interaction between players, and the mechanics are actually kind of clever.

The Marvel version looks like it could be a lot of fun, too.

My daughter and I have played the Disney one several times, and she's played with my wife and other friends, too.  You actually have to think your way through it and plan stuff out in advance to be remotely successful.
No, it's not Panthers in the Fog, with the Square Buttons expansion.  But it's still not a half-bad game to pull out with the kids, or a bunch of non-grogs.

Random acts of genius and other inspirations of applied violence.

I can imagine my granddaughter being interested in some of those.

My 30 something son and daughter love the Disney game. My son will be all over the Marvel version.
