Wow...I remember being a playtester for this many many years ago on Vassal with Live Play. How do you do Fog Of War with blocks on TTS? (Seems impossible or is there a TTS hidden function that I do not know about?)

the blocks are tiles with states for the level of the units. the tiles are placed face down and if they are your own units you can 'peek' at the face down tiles.

I might be interested.  What level of expertise are you looking for and what day/time were you wanting to play?

im happy with any level of expertise, I can teach if needed. time of play will depend if we can get a 3rd I guess but my best days are monday US time afternoon/night or thur/fri afternoon/night.

Mondays would probably work best but I could do an occasional Friday as well.  I played a couple of times when the game first came out but it's been a while.  Let me know when you find a 3rd.
