Anyway, I stumbled across this interview with the devs a couple days ago, and I've kept forgetting to post it:

Unfortunately, Sven and Arioch don't give any hint as to when the 2nd DLC is coming out, but as they mentioned, working on the game is only a part-time gig for them, so progress is slow.
