I've had my eye on this one for a good while now.  They released a gameplay trailer a few weeks ago (see below), and the game is finally launching into Early-Access next spring.

To be honest, I'm not sure this even qualifies as a 4x.  It feels like more of a mish-mash of RTS, city-builder, the Sims (if it took place in a medieval/fantasy world), and RPG all rolled into one.  Still, it looks like it could be fun.

Hmmm. Not sure about the graphic style, personally.

^  It's not my favorite either.  If the gameplay is there, however, I suspect I'll be able to overlook that.
