Also - they are pretty useless. Roll and fail for ammo reload and they've got one shot and then they're pointless. Almost always (for me) two shot wonders.

You would need to fail a morale check first to be assigned a Reload Ammo counter and then you would have to fail a Reload Check. Its not quite as bad as you are suggesting

In my defence, I haven't played a ton of scenarios - a handful - and I did say this...

It's pretty easy to fail a morale check in the game. You literally have a slightly better than 50% chance of passing - and in the games I've played, they've almost always been two hit wonders
