I've been following development of this one for a long time now, around a couple of years or so. Looks like the dev is at last getting ready to release it on Early Access later this year:

Star Zeal's scope is ambitious -- perhaps too much so -- but it would be awesome if he somehow pulls it off. It's going to be a good while yet, however, before we know whether or not he's succeeded. Fingers crossed either way, though!
