I noticed this one earlier this year, and then completely forgot about it until I stumbled across it again a couple days ago.  No release date yet, but it looks interesting.

There's an 80-turn demo on Steam as well.  I've played it a bit, and it seems pretty fun so far.  Still needs some fleshing out, obviously, but I'm enjoying what's there.  It also includes a fairly decent tutorial.

Not many reviews so far, and what response there is seems to be middling right now.  I still like the concept, but it feels like a "wait and see" game at the moment.
