Such as with 'NOVA' "Ace of Aces"? There is a 'Miniatures Magazine' that contained a similar 'Game' while being 'based' upon the "A.C.W. Hunley"! I had "it" 'stashed' SOME 'place' here.

The aerial game was "Ace of Aces"

The man-to-man combat game was "Lost Worlds"

There were a few other variations on the theme as well but I don't ever recall seeing one in a magazine

So, WERE there 'Sleestaks' within any "Worlds of a LOST"-kind? Now, these are nothing akin with them "Choose POORLY per 'Adventure'-sort"? Nor as "Dora the Abhorror Implorer"! by H.P. Lovecraft?
