Anyone grabbed this one yet? For the life of me, on the game description I'm not seeing if it's turn based or a RTS.
Somewhere, somehow, I woke up in the wrong timeline. I'm pretty sure this isn't even my dimension.

Ha! With these 60 year old reflexes, I need a Matrix (the movie, not the gaming company) like zen where time sloooowwwwsssss to even consider a RTS anymore.

I did look at it, but decided that to technology was way over my head :-)

I think he meant the technology of sailing ships.

This is basically Ultimate General at sea, so real-time pausable. I like the way Ultimate general looks, but it tends to be insufficiently groggy for me. I may well end up grabbing this though, because ships.
I actually don't really like games.

I think it's likely on my "Next Big Steam Sale" list but not before.

It's so good, just started the British campaign. I know these games aren't as "simulator-ey" as something like say scourge of war, but the user interface is great and they're just way too fun. Have like 200+ hours on Ultimate General Civil War so I got this the moment it came out.
