Rockstar usually does console releases first and then ports to PC sometime down the road.

Well the subject of this forum is console games,  ie, xbox,  PS4 are consoles but I googled it and it states......

The first one is so good though. I suck at the combat, but the combo of open world and deep story makes for an amazing experience.
